The company started in the early 70's as a service station in Alliston and has been growing ever since and has been able to satisfy customers through new and used vehicle sales and service.

With a growing customer base Miedema's Motor Sales Ltd. has expanded several times over the past decades. The original service station was first enlarged with an additional six service bays and later with a showroom and more office space, and during that time acquired a Ford Lincoln franchise. The company also settled with a satellite location in Shelburne in 1987.

As Miedema's Motor Sales Ltd. continued to grow in size and popularity larger facilities were needed and in 1993 the company moved larger buildings in both Alliston and Shelburne in order to provide better services to the customers.

As the business continued to expand it was necessary the form and create a separate company, Trillium Ford Lincoln Ltd, that concentrated on the Ford Lincoln franchise, while Miedema's Motor Sales Ltd maintained their focus on vehicle rentals, the sale of off brand cars and trucks and export of late model, vintage and unique vehicles.

Miedema's Motor Sales Ltd started off the new millennium by opening operations in Orangeville. Our present location is at 328 Broadway.

Besides offering daily rental of trucks in addition to used vehicle sales, we also provide full service automotive detailing as well as operating a U-haul franchise on site.
